We built this to run our own company first

aijakejb.com grew out of Beyond IT Support, a managed IT services provider with more than 20 years supporting small and mid-sized businesses. Running an MSP means living inside a constant stream of tickets, alerts, and small operational decisions — the exact kind of repetitive, judgment-light work that eats a team's time without ever showing up as a single big problem to solve.

We didn't set out to build an AI product. We set out to fix that problem for ourselves — and built Bob, an agent that now runs inside our own operations every day. It's described in detail in the portfolio.

That's where aijakejb.com comes from: an agent design that had to hold up under a real business's real operations before it was ever offered to anyone else. We build the same thing — an agent that lives where your team works, asks before it acts, and reports back in plain English — for other businesses that have the same problem we did.
